Enjoying your stay in a quiet location while still being in the centre of it all. Sounds like a fairy tale, but true when you decide to spend your holiday at the Wieshofgut. Just turn off the main road. The Wieshofweg will lead you directly to our apartments and now to that holiday feeling.
Enjoy dining out in restaurants or enjoy a few drinks in the bar? Your culinary cravings will swiftly be fulfilled, as restaurants are only a few minutes walk away from the Wieshofgut. It is best to combine a visit to the centre of Saalbach Hinterglemm with a walk. Heading out of the valley, you can walk along the Wieshofweg and the promenade through idyllic meadows and past woodlands to Saalbach.
The location of the Wieshofgut is unbeatable when it comes to your leisure activities. The fun on the piste starts right on the doorstep at the Mitteregglift (A12) in winter. In summer, our apartments are the ideal starting point for biking, hiking and mountaineering.
Coming from the north (GER, NL):
Motorway Munich – Salzburg A8 to exit Siegsdorf – direction Inzell – turn off Lofer – German/Austrian border at Steinpass – Lofer – Saalfelden – Maishofen – turn off to Saalbach Hinterglemm.
You do not need an Austrian vignette (toll sticker) for this journey. Alternatively, you can also travel via the A10 Tauern motorway.
Coming from the south (ITA, SLO, CRO):
A10 Tauern motorway Villach – Salzburg to the junction Pongau – Bischofshofen – Zell am See Maishofen – turn off to Saalbach Hinterglemm.
